Rainer Bamberger has been partner and CEO of Infoman AG since 1998. Before joining Infoman he managed the “Information Systems” Centre of Excellence at the Fraunhofer Institute IAO in Stuttgart and worked as a consultant for Mercedes Benz and PricewaterhouseCoopers. As a lecturer at the University of Stuttgart Rainer Bamberger passes on his experience to students in the field of International Technology Management.

Holger Hermann, CFO, joined Infoman AG in late 2002. Previously he was head of the Strategy and Corporate Development department at tesion Telekommunikations GmbH for four years. Until 1998 Holger Hermann worked for Deutsche Telekom in various roles in the Corporate Strategy division at the company’s headquarters in Bonn and in its Research and Technology Centre in Darmstadt, among others.

Michael Freudenberg has been working for Infoman AG since mid-2002 and today manages the CRM Consulting and Solution Business in Machine and Plant Engineering. He previously worked for four years as a technical manager for design and implementation at a multimedia and communications agency. After studying technical cybernetics at the University of Stuttgart he worked as a research associate at the Chair for Information Management at WHU Koblenz.
